The shop draws you into a Victorian yesteryear experience, where you will find that special piece from any period to enhance your collection or to simply cherish.
Artistically displayed sets of porcelain sit upon oriental rugs that cover hardwood floors aged and shining. Cabinets with glass fronts exquisitely display endless collections of Venetian glass, crystal and fluted stemware. Tables are laden with yesteryear's dining fashions. A dramatic fireplace is laden with large vases and candelabras, elegantly draped with beads, baubles and bracelets, all fine examples of costume jewelry from yesterday. Walking from room to room, classical music drifts gently through the air you as you browse.
Wisteria specializes in Limoges, the finest handpainted porcelain of the late nineteenth century, often painted in florals, fruits and sea life scenes all of which grace Wisteria Antiques. Chandeliers hang from the ceilings casting light about the room from the many prisms and everywhere you look you'll be reminded of the name of the shop by the wisteria branches and touches of sterling and lavender throughout. The shop is open most days in season or by appointment.
